How do we do it

Our story is the history of the Bronze

Bronze composition copper ingots. Our bronze is composed by 88% copper

Bronze composition tin ingots. Our bronze is composed by 8% tin

Bronze composition zinc ingots. Our bronze is composed by 4% zinc

Sand Casting

SAND-CASTING is “basically” a Cast of Sand – Foundry and consists in pouring the liquid-bronze inside a cast on which we have put over a mold and compacted the special sand.

We leave it solidify and afterwards we have to break the cast to remove the piece of bronze.

A Handcraft Process guaranteed by the expert hands of our Artisans using High Quality Bronze. Minute details are care- fully checked to get an unique piece.

Sand Casting

The name of our manufacturing process: sand casting, comes essentially from this part. A wooden-cast which is filled with special sand ( in between we have put the mold ) and later we poor the liquid bronze inside

Casting

Foundry and Pouring

Bronze ingots should be melted to get the liquid bronze and pour it inside the sand casting wooden boxes where the molds are inside fitted. Then we will get the pieces composing our items

Polishing

Hand-polishing and Vibratory polishing

Now we have to hand-polish the piece. One of the most careful and expensive processes on our manufacturing

Polishing the pieces in a vibratory machine. The stones vibrating polish the surface of our pieces

Retouch

Trimming, mounting and artisan

The piece is taken with many "Spare" bronze parts, so we have to carefully trim the spares and to follow our production

Through a completely artisan process, we give the special finishing to all our products
